Need a plugin created (will pay) where to go?

Question

I need a plugin that will add:

• New "post type" - separate from questions... would not be listed in questions. Users could post a new entry, vote on/comment on.
• Custom fields for the new "post type" -  could work like tags/categories
• Be able to search these new posts by values of custom fields, so would need a search page/filters

In a way its kindof like the polls plugin, but different.

Can anyone recommend a freelance developer?
