Question

Any plugins to prevent users from posting same (title) question twice? Users sometimes mistakenly post same question multiple times, whether due to pressing the submit button multiple times or not knowing exact same question posted already.

I belive this has to be impleented in the core not allowing users to post same thing twice. Is there a plugin to  do this?

I think Kai posted some solution for that.. Just search on the board..I will post if I found or may be Kai himself.
