Install q2a User Manager plugin by QA-themes. Then go to the User Manager dashboard, select the users that you want to send email verification link, and choose to "send verification email" from the drop down on the options box. The plugin will also allow you to see a list of all users on your site, names, emails and details of the user, number of questions, answers and comments from each user and whether or not the user is verified.
