I'm a start up online entrepreneur and started with a question2answer developed Freequently ask question website. My skill is on Internet marketing and Java programming.

We are using MaxControl which is the best theme of q2amarket but I'm not satisfied with this.

We need a unique design and users badge system plugin for our website.

May I ask what "unique badge system plugin" means in much more detail?

Designing is a choice specific and readymade themes and plugins may or may not fulfil everyone's need. That is why many people go for custom design which would be expensive than any product from the market place.
