sending spam emails using noreplay

Hi all,

My account was suspended due to a violation of sending spam emails to others.

My solution:
Admin >>  Email >> Empty the "Sender address for messages from site:" >> Save Options

Is it enough?
Do you suggest a better or another way?

I do not want such a violation to happen again and get my account suspended.

Extra note: I do not need to send emails to others. If it is possible to not use this feature, I will prefer this option.

Don't use noreply, use an alternative username. My site uses system@domain.com. Also use smtp instead of local mail. You will no longer have the emails going into the spam folder.
