How to Block Repeat Question Post without using any spam check.

In my website i found a post which i posted twice with same Question and same Description.

Is there any method available to stop repeat question post without using any spam check.

Like, when we type a question it check from database for available of question. If question is once available then second time post is terminated. If not available then go to related question check.

Hello @aiswarjya... There is a plugin "Post-merge" use that and as there will be a duplicate question asked then it'll merge kr delete the second question (means the duplicate question). There is no spam check in this plugin so it'll be good for your condition.

Thanks @Gurjyot but i need it to check when the question is type. Is there any other option or code.
