When I set define('QA_EXTERNAL_USERS', false); I can access forum without login, browse questions and look around, and only need to login when I want to ask a question or post reply.
When I set QA_EXTERNAL_USERS to true with CAS plugin, I am always being redirected to CAS login page when I try to access forum.
