How to install Facebook Login plugin? There is a easy way ?

I am the admin. of this Q2A site: http://wikifisc.uqtr.ca/

I install the Q2A Plugin Facebook Login v1.1.5 par Question2Answer. I need to complete 2 field:

Facebook App ID: ???

Facebook App Secret: ???

I read all the documentation on the Facebook Developpers pages (add HTML code after the <body>., etc..)

There is a easier way ?
