Regulary add  long and unique questions.Also I suggest , in content of questions add more different and related questions.

Do not use too  much tagges.Google loves q2a web sites but with unique contens.After a while it cares what you publish every days.

Also do what @sariyait mention in his answer.Also use robot.txt because there are a lot unnecessaray content q2a produces.
