Are there any such plugins? By which I can verify unverified member?

There's a premium plugin by @ihlassovbetov called VerifyPlus.

You can also verify users/change users level by visiting their profile, select Edit their profile.

Additionally

You can go to Admin > Spam and enable the requirement of email verification.
