Featured Questions not showing lock icon for closed question.

Featured Questions v1 by NoahY

Firstly I thought featured question rewrites the q_item_title function but when I checked the featured question files then this is not the case.

Can anyone tell how can I fix this?

One more thing

Showing "closed 1 hour ago by Momin" in question list which is not the case with unfeatured question.
