Closed question is not visible to users as well as showing Google crawl error

Closed questions by admin is showing white page only with link to the non logged in user as well as loogedin users. Google is also showing crawl error with this message: "Googlebot couldn’t access your URL because the request timed out or because your site is blocking Google. Dynamic pages may be taking too long to load, or your site may be blocking Googlebot. "

After getting the problem i had reopened the question. What is the reason that the page is showing blank page. if a question is closed and hidden then it is showing in Google as well as to users
