i want display featured questions on the top ...i am talking about questions not answer.

for the time being, I get qa_posts and in DB created a field name featured and manually make the question featured and i make it featured by changing the featured field value from 0 to 1. Now I want to display these questions where questions are displayed..first of all featured questions then other

There's a plugin for that called Featured Questions, which is listed in the addons pages.
