What do you mean "can't [get] any kind of response from anyone?" You got 2 responses to your previous question, one from teddydoors, and the other from yours truly. There is no magic "make my site rank high in search results" plugin, because if there were, every spammer and scammer on the planet would exploit the heck out of it. Google et al. are constantly adjusting their algorithms to prevent this from happening.
