Could we make a button on widget to do action?

I want to make a widget like a form that has a button to do something behide. Can I do it? Any help will appreciate.

Does it per se have to be a widget? You can practicly code anything you want and place it wherever you like.

Because I don't want next update of q2a would wipe my code out, so I prefer to writing all of my addon features as widgets or plugin.

If you add the form to your website by using qa-theme.php, then it won't get wiped out.
