Could somebody write a LaTeX add-on?

Hey, i would like to insert formulae into my questions, so it would be great if i could use latex code. anyway, there is this page and this wordpress plugin where the idea is realized with a graphical interface. my php knowledge is weak, so i needed at least advice how to write such an add-on. thank you!
