Unless you're using single sign-on integration, the first thing that happens after Q2A creates the database is you're offered to create a super administrator account. If for some reason this didn't happen, open the page index.php/install within your Q2A site in your browser. So long as there are no users yet in the database, you'll be offered the option of creating the admin account.
