how to manage the registrations

My question is.. is there any way or plugin that I can accept or not the access of any User that registered?

FOr example.. he registered, you then send an email to me to approve access

In the Admin panel, Spam section, check these 3 options :

• Enable moderation (approval) of users
• All new users must be approved
• Email me when a new user registers

In the admin panel you will have a new section ("Approve users") where you will be able to approve or block the users.
