How do I change the privacy message on the new user registration form?

I have changed the wording in qa-include/qa-lang-options.php line 63 "Privacy: Your email address will not be shared or sold to third parties." but it has no effect.

Anyone have a solution to this please.

Hi.

It is not necessary change the files.

Go to Admin, emails and change the text of the box: 

Privacy note for email addresses - HTML allowed:

And Save options.
