Update Plugin: Empty Tag Cleaner (V1.0)

Question

This is tiny tool plugin for removing empty HTML tag. This plugin removes also HTML tag including white-space and new-line in text-node as empty tag. Although empty tag can be erased by CSS, "empty" pseudo class of CSS3 does not work effectively, when the text node of tag has whitespace or newline. This plugin deletes empty tag, after removing whitespace and newline of tag which were specified in option by jQuery.

Where do those empty tags come from? I think they would be better to be removed in the theme.

For example, when widget judges login state etc. and outputs nothing, empty tag is outputted. Essentially, it may be coped with Q2A core or widget.
