Is there any easy way to replace the answer form with an "ask a new question" form on closed questions? I think this would be helpful. I tend to get a lot of people asking new questions as answers to existing questions. I would like to be able to close them but still allow users to post new questions easily. Any thoughts on this? Thanks.
