Install a web server and PHP, create a virtual host, download Q2A and unpack it into the webroot directory. More information can be found in the documentation.

On a MAC would you recommend to use a docker?

I don't recommend Docker on general principle. But frankly, I (intentionally) invested about as much time in my answer as the OP did in their question.

I have installed MAMP and am able to run it locally.

Now my biggest task is to host the website.

I have already purchased the domain and professional email from GO Daddy.

If you know please help me. Thank you so much

You plan to host a public website on your notebook? Please tell me you're joking. What do you think will happen with the website when you shut down your notebook? And how are people supposed to access your notebook in the first place? Magic?

Get a proper hosting provider (there's plenty of web hosting offers in case you don't want to run your own root server).

I will purchase web hosting.
I want to know the exact procedure.

The exact procedure depends on the hosting provider and should be covered by their documentation and the Q2A installation instructions. For general guidance see gold-developer's answer to your other question.
