what is the best fork or patch to install Q2A

I hope this is qustion is not duplicated, I want to start a new Q2A website, And the official release is so old.

Now a days, what is the best source code to install from.

If you're using PHP 7 the official release is still fine.

If you're using PHP 8 you can try this fork (by pupi1985).
