After registering a new user it redirects me to a blank page

it was working fine until I've changed the language of the website to arabic

The best thing is to check the server error_log to see what happened, then post it here. Otherwise, try reinstalling all the Q2A files (apart from the language files), since it's possible that an accidental change was made somewhere that is causing this problem.

I think you probably left a blank line or other content outside of the <? ... ?> symbols in your Arabic language files. That will be output to the browser by PHP, meaning that HTTP headers (like redirects) can't be sent after. So check your language files and make sure they start with <? with nothing before, and end with ?> with nothing after.
