[Issue Safari - IE] Allow users with posts to change their username

Question

hi,

i test the version 1.6.3 with Safari - IE - Chrome - FIrefox

When we go to admin => user

we desactivate : Allow users with posts to change their username

but with Safari, IE they can change the username.

Any idea ?

ok get it sorry :

And in qa-page-account.php line 59

$changehandle=qa_opt('allow_change_usernames') || ((!$userpoints['qposts']) && (!$userpoints['aposts']) && (!$userpoints['cposts']));

should be: 

$changehandle=qa_opt('allow_change_usernames');
 

Then it works like expected.
