it was working fine until I've changed the language of the website to arabic

The best thing is to check the server error_log to see what happened, then post it here. Otherwise, try reinstalling all the Q2A files (apart from the language files), since it's possible that an accidental change was made somewhere that is causing this problem.

Well, something is outputting content, since the error_log shows:

PHP Warning:  Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/madan/public_html/aq/qa-include/qa-base.php:2)

Perhaps take a look at what is happening in line 2 of qa-base.php?
