Thanks for bringing this up - it's happening because the refresh is reposting the form again, so in theory it's not a bug, but it is of course a problem!
The immediate solution is that any user (even if not logged in) can hide their post, so they can effectively remove the duplicate post themselves.
But I will add a fix in the next beta which automatically detects duplicate submissions, and ignores the second one.
