How to show mostly visited tag questions on homepage like YouTube ?

I mean suppose someone interested in "cooking" he must be able to see questions on cooking on homepage.

I mean, you could create a plugin to display your favorited tags on a widget in the sidebar, like StacKOverflow. That would be a cool plugin to have.

Most visited tags tho, that would require more work to do. As tag views are not monitored like page views in a question.

I am not talking about most viewed tags by all user.
Suppose someone come from google to a question whose tag is "cooking" now he check related question to cooking and now suppose he open the homepage so he must be able to see all the questions related to cooking on homepage. Means all users have different interest based homepage.
