URL Crawled Not Indexed - Google Search Console

I recently started a Q&A website https://quesoo.com using this platform and submitted my site on Google Search Console. It's been three weeks Google has indexed only the homepage and says: 

49 URL have been crawled but not indexed and excluded.

I want to ask what is this problem and how can I solve it?

Have you uploaded or check the actual version of your Sitemap? How about Bing? Is it visible there?
