Usually Q2A default url structure looks like: www.example.com/1234/there+is+a+example.

But I want convert 'there+is+a+example' to 'there-is-a-example'.

How can I do that?

Q2A version: 1.8.3

Hyphens in the URL is the default behavior. Un-change whatever you did to turn it into pluses.
