non-latin letters to latin letters convert

Hi. first of all thanks for this POWERFUL Project. i made new website with q2a. my website in azerbaijani language. in our language there is special characters like ə ö ç ş ü ı ğ. is it possible to force core to convert these letters to latin? 

ə = e

ç = c

ş. = s

ğ = g

ö = o

ı = i

ü = u

yes.there are many answers around resolving half of the problem but you will always have problem with question tags because no body think they are important to resolve which is stupid
