qa-q-view-main styling bug ?

Question

While editing CSS of theme i'm noticed that qa-q-view-main class does't closes until answer form (editor) when there is no answers to question. Is it bug ? How can i fix that in any case would be like in second image ?

My theme would look more accurate/clear with no bug.

Maybe this is to specify that answer you answering is to that question ? But why answer form (editor) is not on top of all answers ?

By the way answer form sticks with latest answer to - http://www.question2answer.org/qa/?qa=blob&qa_blobid=8504210130178260408 i'm dont replying to answer... !

I've noticed this too. When there are answers, the answer for is inside the div for the last answer as well. Don't know why this is. Semantically it should be outside those divs, but still in the form.

BTW the answer form is always shown at the bottom, to stop users answering a question when a perfectly good answer is already below. It encourages you to read through the current answers before you answer.
