CSS classes for submenus not properly set (.qa-nav-sub-selected)?

Question

Hi, one question regarding the submenus (2nd level menu) in q2a:

If you navigate to e.g. http://www.question2answer.org/qa/questions the "Recent" field (in submenu) is highlighted. When you click on e.g. "Most Votes", the "Recent" field is still being highlighted.

Same behavior in other submenus.

Shouldn't it actually get the default css color?

 

PS: In all php files I could not find the assigned css class .qa-nav-sub-selected which is responsible for that?!
