Attachment settings can be done by adjusting the WYSISWYG editor options. It can be accessed by either Posting tab or Plugins tab when you log in as admin. This open-source CMS has no critical problem about this feature. Maybe you do.

Files can be uploaded using the WYSIWYG editor. Under plugin options you'll see these:

  • Allow images to be uploaded
  • Allow other content to be uploaded, e.g. Flash, PDF

 Then you click the image icon in the toolbar and go to the upload tab.

The Markdown editor also has file upload, not sure about other third-party plugins.
