I can't enable q2a-badges-master .

I activate this plugin but it is not enabled.And i can't use this . How can i fix this issue?I already activate this plug in and save it.But it is not enabled yet.That's why i can't use this plugin in my site.How can i fix this issue?

There's an updated version of that plugin (https://github.com/heliochun/q2a-badges). Maybe try that one. It's working just fine for me. Please provide more information if it doesn't work for you. Are there error messages in your logs? If so, what do they say?
