Gzip compresses data so the download size is lower. For example if the CSS file is 40kb then serving it with gzip might make the download only 2-3kb.

It’s a server/hosting setting, not something set within Q2A itself.
Sir, For my site I use the theme which has Gzip compressed css file. In Admin panel I have a option to enable Gzip compressed css for my theme. So, if I enable it, my site will load fast or not.
Would like to discus the matter?
Which theme? There are no options in Q2A for that.
Try searching online for a gzip test and put in the URL of your CSS file, it will tell you if it’s being compressed already by the server.
