i m use hosting cpanel namecheap

In any file, should I paste Adsense ads code?

please help

Go To Admin Panel > Layout > Custom HTML in <head> section of every page

And paste your AdSense code.

Your answer is somewhat correct.
Not in the custom <head> section for sure, but in custom: Sidebar, Side panel, Top of every page, or Bottom of every page. Depending of where you want to display your ads.
You got the Admin Panel path correct though.
