Why I didn't get google adsense approval ?

My website has question 1033 and answer is 1020 but Google rejected it as low quality content issue. Now my question is can I create a blog page on that website where I post a blog of 600-800 words then will Google AdSense approve my website?

Most of the users come to my website directly but 10-11 visitors come daily from google search. 2000 to 3000 page views per day.
