It is possible to add more tags to other users' questions?

In order to reorganize or add more details to the question, i would like to add more tags to questions created by other users. I can't figure out how to do this right now. Is it possible to do?

If you are the admin then just edit their question, and there is the field for tags. You can change the minimum/maximum number of tags allowed in the admin options.

If you want other users to edit the tags then you will have to manually assign them to be editors/experts. Note that they will be able to edit the whole question if they so wish. In version 1.4 you will be able to automatically give permissions based on points.
