I'm guessing I'm not the first one to wish for this.. it's an idea for those who do a lot of social bookmarking with varioius workgroups and collaborators..
the typical tools are Diigo and Delicios, etc.. and WordPress has a bookmarklet that will pop up over any web page and let the user easily select any text, image or objects from the page.. which are posted automagically to a blog..
but IMO a tool like Q2A is where you really want your bookmarks for socialization.. has anyone thought of creating a bookmarklet like Press This for Q2A..
