Want to integrate Q2A site with wordpress but my primary site should be Q2A site not wordpress

I want to integrate Q2A site with wordpress but my primary site should be Q2A site not wordpress.

When wordpress is the primary site then login is working for both q2a and wordpress but when i make wordpress as secondary site and than login to wordpress it redirect me to q2a site without login and without any error
primary site www.myqasite.com
secondary site www.myqasite.com/wp
can any one help me how can i fix this issue.

What exactly have you set up? Q2A has Single Sign On with Wordpress, which means you log in through WP and that allows you to use your Q2A site as well. But the other way around is not possible so I don't know what you've done.
