Is there notification system in Q2A version 1.8 ?

There are a couple of notification plugins depending on your needs.

If you're looking for on-site notifications, you are looking for the plugin On-Site Notifications that is also listed on that list of plugins on the link above

@ProThoughts It was planned for 1.7 and then 1.8 and now for 1.9.
We are waiting for it about several years!

Yes sorry about that, I know it's a highly-requested feature but it's very complicated to get right. So I ended up putting it off while I develop other features. Hopefully v1.9 won't take years to develop!

notification plugin works great, but would be nice if its a core feature in question2answer, as the plugin is not updated for a while
