Q2A SEO Plugin is not working, Why ?

Hello, My Q2A SEO Plugin(q2a-ultimate-seo/) is not working. I have uploaded the theme to theme directory and it's displayed on the Admin section too as http://siteurl.com/index.php/admin/ulitmate_seo but whenever i click on that it says following error! Please help me!!

Check your error logs for Apache and/or PHP, it should have the exact error in there.

You dont need SEO plugin for Q2A, it is already optimized.
