How to use Q2A Ultimate SEO plugin ?

I have "Q2A Ultimate SEO plugin" installed.I want to use "dofollow" links to another website that I am referencing to. I see no option to use links without "nofollow". Basically, after the plugin was installed and activated, nothing happened. Yes, I added the website where I want to use links with "dofollow"

But all links still with "nofollow" tag. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Well, I think this plugin is not working. I tried everything and ended up commenting out the line number 1030 in  qa-base.php

 #'anti_link_spam' => array('/.*/', ''),

After commenting this line out, my links don't have "nofollow" attribute.

P.S. I am still interested in finding a better way of doing this.
