There had been an important update in Q2A Ultimate SEO which fixes a serious security issue recently found in this plugin. so I urge you to update your plugin as soon as possible. Latest Version(zip file).
This update also includes some other small improvements and bugfixes, mostly courtesy of pupi1985 in his fork of the project.
