How can I add the option to upload images to my server?

In this website (question2answer.org) there is an option to upload images to the server with the CKEditor, but I cannot find such option anywhere after installing this script on my server.

How can I add the option to upload images to my server just like above?

Q2A version: 1.7.2

First enable option from admin panel.

admin->plugins
