Voting to close the question

Question

I don't want moderators to be able to close a question because sometimes they act  according to their personal opinion. So I want this to be a group of moderators decision.

Just like the flag system that posts which reach 5 flags will be hidden automatically I'd like to have same for closing questions.

How is it possible?

You can make an event plugin that looks for the 'q_flag' event, and closes the question when enough flags have been given. 

(Note you'll need increase the number of flags needed to hide a post, otherwise a question will be hidden before it's closed.)
