The plugin would work like this.
It would need 2 pages, the second would load dynamically.
You'd add a page to the top menu labeled (users choice) that would then load a list of articles with some brief text and a picture. (Preferably pure HTML allowed), then when you clicked on the title it would load the FULL article.
I'm willing to hire someone to build this for me if anyone can point me in the right direction.
