how to put the adsense code below the title of the questions?

This will be possible with the new widget functionality, which will be available in the developer preview of 1.4 (coming in next week or so).

In the current version you can use the advanced theme (check docs on main site). Whichever function outputs the <h1> you would override to put in your Adsense code.
