I don't think this works if using WYSIWYG Editor?

Thanks for the code which works perfectly in the Basic Editor however it doesn't seem to override the nofollow tag in the WYSIWYG editor. Any thoughts? 

I have been through the plugin and the ckeditor but cannot seem to find an answer?
